• June -£1,250 - per week
• July/August - £1,450 - per week
• September £1,250 - per week
• October £1,150 - per week

Booking Terms

The villa easily accomodates 8 people. There will be a charge of £150 per extra person if your party/group numbers over 8.

Non - refundable booking deposit of 50 per cent

Balance to be paid no later than 30 days from date of departure. A refundable security deposit of £250 is also required at this stage. The security deposit will be returned within 5 working days of your return, minus any deduction for damage or breakages etc.

Please note the prices shown above do NOT include transfer between Dalaman airport and the villa and back at the end of your stay.

You can arrange your own transfers or we can arrange for you at a reasonable cost.

Please ensure you purchase sufficient insurance cover for your holiday.
